The Ark Project
The Ark is a lovely spacious church building in the city of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. This building provides a shelter for the community to gather for worship and for various purposes and activities.
Just down the same street from this building is another church building that has been bought by Bingo. The purpose-built "church" is now being used for gambling.
The Ark was built as a church and God forbid that this will also fall out of the hands of God's people.
Word of Faith Church therefore sees the need to purchase the Ark Church Building so that this building can continue to be used for the purpose for which it was built; Word of Faith Church over the years has contributed to the quality of life of many people in the community by bringing hope and transforming lives.
Imagine lives of families, individuals, young people being transformed; imagine people who want to give up on life finding hope again because you donated towards this cause.
We are reaching out to you to help us raise funds to buy this building so we can use it for the purpose for which it was built; and to use it to help the community by providing the serene and refreshing atmosphere that you can only find in the house of God.
A Christian financial institution is helping us to get this building on a mortgage and requires a deposit. We hope to raise the deposit and if possible more to make sure we purchase this building.
